Definition Atmosphere:The gravity of a body - planet or other material - holds a layer of gases.
See the layers:
Mesosphere - Stratosphere - Troposphere
Air envelops the Earth and makes life possible.|
Humans breathe in about 35 pounds of air everyday!
Many air molecules build up air pressure - Air around our Earth is called atmosphere.|
The air-layer closest to the earth is the troposphere where invisible chemical cycling of essential elements takes place, as well as the uneven heating of Earth's surfaces that creates our weather.
The air of the troposphere is made up of gases with several other natural ingredients.
Some of air's gases remain fairly constant.
Nitrogen, oxygen and argon make up the chief of these gases at approximately 78, 21, and 1 percent by volume.
Small amounts of water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide are also part of our air.
All of these bits of matter play an important role in our weather by providing surfaces for condensation and eventually, precipitation, allowing water that evaporates from the ocean and land to rejoin us on the Earth's surface. Additionally, rain and other forms of precipitation wash some of these particles down to the Earth's surface.

Where will we go when
Earth is out of balance?|
Keep Earth's Nature intact is essential when we recognize that humans are part of Nature!
We can help you to learn the different qualities of Nature - all of them helpful for our existence.
We offer you answers to the question: How can humans live unison with Mother Earth?
It is proven that healthy humans can only be born on a healthy Earth!
Nature is our best teacher: In Nature no waste is created!
More humans on Earth require more sustainability.
Should we implement systems that are NOT taking away quality of life, or survival from future generations?
It would be so easy: When we duplicate the success of Earth's natural ecosystems we can secure the future of humans on Earth!
